Description of feature

As title says.

Disadvantage is that sometimes this requires some rapid development.

I think this is actually the same thing as issue #46. Issue #46 mentions a --SANGER flag but the generation of a BED file and a cleaned FASTA file are not Sanger-specific so I think they don't need that flag
