[BUG] Co-req error being listed as pre-req error #764

Issue Summary:
Co reqs tool classes are being listed as pre reqs when it should say “co-req error”

Acceptance Criteria:

Figure out the cause of this issue -- is it logic on the client side or is it due to the JSON schema?
Does this issue occur for other majors or is this a one-off thing?
Make appropriate updates to fix this bug
