Clemens IIGS v0.6 fail to run Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego IIGS version

I downloaded the Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? IIgs version from Woz-a-day collection below

Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? IIgs (woz-a-day collection)

After bootd up IIGS using ROM 3 and execute the game, I ran the Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego and start the game. After registered myself as a new user and receive the first case, I clock the Investigate button and click on the Museum, then I got the screen with the corrupted black box on every mouse click. The game also failed to show the investigate result for me.

I used the provided "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego - Disk 1.aoz" and "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego - Disk 2.woz" and got the following results.

I also tried to re-generate the "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego - Disk 1.woz" and "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego - Disk 2.woz" and receive the same result as well.

Please investigate.
