Make item drops able to teleport (?)

Weigh the pros and cons of item teleportation, study potential issues, and decide whether to implement it or not.

One potential issue I can see with this is that when the items arrive, they'd just sit on the teleporter and not go anywhere. To be useful there would need to be a mechanism to move them into a container.

What if when you place a chest beside the teleporter, it gets linked to it? So when items are teleported they end up in the chest. Otherwise, they just land ontop of the teleporter
