At [R-Ladies Rome](https://www.meetup.com/rladies-rome/), we welcome members of all R proficiency levels, whether you're a new or aspiring R user, or an experienced R programmer interested in mentoring, networking, and expert up-skilling. Our priority is to provide a safe community space for anyone who is interested in working with R.
Our community meets regularly online to learn about the [R programming language](https://www.r-project.org/about.html), algorithms, and advanced tools. We organize `events` such as `workshops`, `meetups`, and `conferences` to teach R programming skills, share knowledge and experiences, and build a community of R users. We also provide `training` and `development opportunities` for our members, including `online courses`, `mentorship programs`, and other resources to help members improve their R programming `skills`.
`R-Ladies Rome` is committed to research and advocacy efforts related to inclusivity in the R community. We also provide a platform for our members to share their experiences and contribute to the global R community.
[Join us today](https://www.meetup.com/rladies-rome/) and become a part of our supportive community of R users. You can access our presentations, R scripts, and projects on our GitHub account and follow us on Twitter to stay up to date about [R-Ladies news](https://twitter.com/RLadiesRome). Remember, there is no cost or charge to participate in any of our R-Ladies communities around the world.
