We need to revisit the release build.

Make sure the right version is used in all parts of the build
Make sure the right version is checked into git

Places the version is currently used

/gradle.properties
/base/rico-core/src/main/resources/build.properties

While at it:

Maybe take the version and other info from the Manifest instead of the build.properties
