High quality thumbnails sometimes missing image #112

When I enable the "high quality thumbnails" setting then no image is shown sometimes. Instead a grey on grey image with the YouTube logo is shown.

This only affects a few videos, but it seem to affect all playlists.

The user agent setting is set to use the user agent of the device.
