New release to forge?

Can you publish a new release to the puppet-forge with the refactored legacy-facts so that we can use this module with puppet8?

I'm working with @lphiri to transfer the repository to Vox Pupuli. Right now it's published to his personal Puppet Forge username and he moved to a different org within Red Hat. I think Vox Pupuli is the best home to replace it.

I concur - although i would argue that functionality should probably be merged into the rhsm module as using insights-manager without subscription-manager is something of an edge case
