Investigate: comparison to DOAJ list of added/removed journals #1

My main concern is to track which journals have been added or removed from DOAJ. But I just found out that DOAJ has a spreadsheet of added/removed journals. So maybe this is not as useful as I thought?

The two seem largely compatible. The spreadsheet appears to be updated more frequently, while the CSV download is updated on a weekly basis, as far as I can tell.

I did spot a journal that, according to the CSV was added on 2022-09-06, but that doesn't appear in the spreadsheet (Revista de Derecho, ISSN 1643-8191 / 2301-1610). So let's wait and see.

Correction to the previous comment: the CSV is updated daily.
