Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I can't change the color of the brain screen ;(

What is the behavior that isn't addressed by the existing API?
set_background_color() and set_text_color() weren't transfered over to 4.x

OPTIONAL Describe any solutions you've considered
using a sharpie on the brain screen
