Насколько я помню, ты хотел написать библиотеку :)

Так давай сделаем это библиотекой.

Нужно создать проект с тестами. См MSTest или xunit тесты.
Перенести код Program.cs туда ( не весь )
Добавить ассертов
Папка JSONs относится к тестовым данным. Так это можно и назвать и перетащить также в тестовый проект.
