[Bug] Unable to Access Mobile Storage from Files Window Opened via Chromium-Based Browser

Issue/Bug description:
When attempting to access mobile storage through the Files window opened from a Chromium-based browser (e.g., Brave using open download folder option), the storage is not accessible. However, this functionality works as expected if it's done via Firefox.

Steps to reproduce:

• Connect a mobile device to the system.
• Open a Files window using a Chromium-based browser like Brave.
• Attempt to access mobile storage via files window opened via open download folder option.

Expected behavior:
The Files window should allow access to mobile storage regardless of whether it is opened from a Chromium-based browser or Firefox or it's opened via dock/panel.
