Plotly ESM broken on jsdelivr

The current version of plotly is broken on jsdelivr +esm

• https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/plotly.js-dist-min@2.35.2/+esm works
• https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/plotly.js-dist-min@2.35.3/+esm times out

My guess is that this is an issue with jsdelivr, rather than plotly, but just giving a heads up so you can track it down 🙏

Here is the diff between 2.35.3 and 2.35.2:
v2.35.2...v2.35.3

I agree with @duaneatat that this looks like a jsdelivr issue.
plotly.js-dist-min v2.35.3 is published to npm. See https://www.npmjs.com/package/plotly.js-dist-min/v/2.35.3

Also the unminified plotly.js-dist is accessible at: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/plotly.js-dist@2.35.3/+esm
