Currently the game is using UTC as unique timezone to compute daily word, but the game should be localized and take the begin of the day for each timezone.

Idea: for timezone we should keep a fixed UTC + 1. Italia, ora solare. Everybody plays over the same time, always.

(We are not bound to keep same rules as before, we go simpler, same UTC son means everyone can play with friend overseas easily)
