Feature: Add github workflows

To be able to test functionality of the windows and soon linux binary, it is mandatory to have github workflows for compiling the project under windows and linux.

Background:
I'm using primarily linux and just occasionally boot into windows for things I cannot do in linux (like compiling windows only projects). This way we can check each others work if it is compilable on the target systems.
