Fix reserves balancing between different pairs

The way reserves are allocated to positions isn't quite right as half the total remaining reserves are assigned to symbols in order and there might be multiple positions involving reserves with the same assets.

So we should really have half the total available reserves divided amongst the positions involving that asset which will require reworking the main loop in the Trader somewhat.
