Build breaks due to DockerHub API rate limiting #26

The TravisCI Build fails due to DockerHub API rate limiting. Options:

Authenticate, increasing the limit to 200
Use a caching proxy (does Travis provide one?)
Switch to a Build System that provides one (GitHubCI?)
