Use of Discussions for release criteria conversations

There are multiple ways that we can, as a community, collectively collaborate. We can have conversations in Issues, on Matrix, or here on Discussions.

If we were to have a conversation about a next release, e.g. "v0.2", what would the best forum be? The conversation would include (1) key release objectives, (2) timeline, and other details.
