Dear Dev,

The issue that it is not possible to disable change of fan settings of GPUs.
Always auto adjusting all cards fan speeds, which is unlikely.

I would like to control fan and other GPU settings with an other program like MSI AB.
Please add a possibility to disable autoset of GPU parameters.

Can you test https://github.com/orkblutt/MinerLamp/releases/tag/0.1.4.4 and say me if all is ok please?
