Design specs

• Articulate the set of user stories that inform Mike’s current proposal.
• Elicit input from community on which of these stories are priorities.
• Elicit input on technical specification/requirements/features of validation tooling

Build plan:

• Advise on a process of designating a suitable org to deliver this.
• Agree and support a transparent process for development of tooling.
• Support whoever builds the tooling to ensure it aligns with work to date
• Support/facilitate conversations or decisions in regards to governance/ownership/sustainability of tooling.
