Logo add text field for potential "Powered by Benetech" grey labeling branding

User Story
As a benetech admin, I want to be able to display "Powered by Service Net" on top of the new logo from the SP so that I can make sure when other users/beneficiaries know that the website is hosted by Benetech/Service Net

Description
In order to efficiently achieved a clean logo and text "Powered by Service Net"

• add a section called "Grey-Labeling"
• add a text box for the user to fill in
• this text box is not required, if left empty just show the logo
• if text box has text show the text under the logo
• overlay a text box under the logo dimensions
  ignore the color** make the text all black

*Given that I am a benetech admin I want to be in control of what labeling I add under the logos that correspond to a silo so I make sure my brand is represented properly

Dev Signoffs

• Unit test added for the core business features at the minimum
• Code review passed
• CI passed successfully
• CodeQL scan for vulnerabilities in code has passed
• Docker images have been built and deployed to the dev server

QA Signoffs

• Passes Acceptance Criteria
• All bug reports fixed/merged/tested

When uploading a PNG with white background, the background turns black

Now it works also for .png images. The transparency is supported when uploading a logo.
