Using raw data with addresses in parquet file to make sure we can load bigger datasets.
Tasks to be done for this are

Load raw data to minio
Add Image data loaders during run_model_on_task function(for all extensions or openml-python)
Support training and prediction in batches
Support transfer learning in the extensions
