Pretty sure the following files are no longer needed/used by anything:

bin/wrapper_nightly_runs.sh @slmnemo
- I believe this has been replaced by the single curl command that is run as a cron job
fpga/src/axi_sdc_controller.v @rosethompson @JacobPease
- Left over from the old SD card controller?
