Did you ever manage to resolve this issue? I'm having this error too. Are you using default '.env' variables:-

DEBUG=1
ENVIRONMENT=test
STORAGE_ENDPOINT_URL=http://172.17.0.1:8009
MINIO_API_PORT=8009
MINIO_BROWSER_PORT=8010
QFIELDCLOUD_WORKER_QFIELDCLOUD_URL=http://app:8000/api/v1/
COMPOSE_FILE=docker-compose.yml:docker-compose.override.local.yml:docker-compose.override.standalone.yml
