Wiki question

What is the process to ask questions or propose changes to the wiki? On other github wiki’s, I see and ‘edit’ button which I don’t see on this wiki. Is the process to create an issue? Or to joint a group? The process should be on the home page of the wiki (eg “if you would like to contribute by proposing edits to this wiki, please do the following:”)

In Github, you can set a wiki to be editable by anyone, or only those with push access. In our case, push access to our repo is the code maintainers the TSC decides.

Currently the wiki is set to only allow those with push access to modify.
