To get a feel for how responsive we are being to PRs and bugs, we could have histograms for resolved bugs and closed PRs:

length of time between bug being opened and resolved
length of time between PR being opened and merged
length of time between PR being opened and closed without merge

and also for still-open bugs and PRs:

current age of bug
current age of PR

Again, sparkline-style histograms could be used to stack the repository histograms with a vertically efficient use of space.
