Angle Definition in Ground Truth and Predicted Result

I am using Long edge definition, The prediction result is correct when visualize it but angle in the GT and prediction result is different. It is different because width and Hight is swapped.

GT: - cx cy width height angle
85.7975 134.0027 173.4819 38.3106 2.057818

Prediction: - Cx Cy width height angle score
84.854172 137.979385 26.574944 167.431931 0.474074 0.694217
I don't know why it is swapped (The values of width and height). I need the exact output. The dataset is in DOTA format and trained with le definition.

Can someone can guide on this?
