For the different characters you create you might want each to have different amounts of knowledge (eg. one always giving the most precise answer) and different writing styles, but each time you select a different character to talk to the Preset in the Generation tab stays the same. It might be better if you could store the default preset to use for the generation tab for each character (so you didn't have to change the text generation preset every time you switched between different types of characters).
eg.
An AI character with knowledge about everything might have a default text Generation Preset of "Divine Intellect"
A human type character with standard knowledge might have a default text Generation Preset of "simple-1" or "StarChat" or whatever might work best for that character.
So if it stored (or had the option to store) a default text Generation Preset to use somewhere in the character set up, when I select the AI character it would switch the text Generation Preset to "Divine Intellect", and if I select eg. a human type character later it would automatically switch to the default text Generation Preset that's stored for that character (eg. "simple-1" or "StarChat" etc.).
Also related to the text Generation Presets - it would be good if they had a description as well as a name so you could have more info on what type of text they might generation (other than looking at each different variable within it), since it isn't all that clear from the preset name what sort of text they'll produce. Maybe there could also be an example of writing shown in some help thing to see roughly what style of text each preset might generate.
