Swaping Llama.cpp for Koboldcpp

Not sure how feasible this would be but seems like Koboldcpp has greater support for ggml based models. I'm sure it's not just a matter of replacing a couple files and perhaps there is an incompatibility issue in terms of licensing but I wonder if there is a way to integrate both.
