Hi!
You can replace the suggested 3kg load cell in front with a 2kg load cell, no modification to the code is required. I guess this will be okay for a model weight of up to about 3-3.5kg, but it depends on how far back your model's CG is.
Thank you very much for your prompt response. In Argentina, I can get 2kg or 5kg load cells (5kg ones are easier to find). Which would be the better option? Would I lose accuracy if I use two 5kg load cells instead of two 2kg ones? These will be used for F5J models.
Please excuse my lack of knowledge on this matter, and I appreciate your guidance.

In theory the the 2kg cells will provide better accuracy as long you stay within their specified load range, but in reality I don't think there will be any significant difference. So I suggest that you go for the 5kg cells if they are easier to source, they should work fine.
Good morning,
I'm having difficulty finding the YZC-133 3kg load cell in Argentina. However, I have found 2kg load cells available.
My question is: Can I use two 2kg load cells instead of one 3kg load cell? If so, would I need to make any modifications to the code?
Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your response.
Best regards.
