Update documentation to reflect the need to add imports to build.sbt #5

The documentation should reflect that build.sbt must include these lines:

import org.oedura.scavro.plugin.AvroCodegenPlugin
AvroCodegenPlugin.autoImport.baseAvroCodegenSettings

Also redo the demo to use a build.sbt files (as is now standard) rather than a project/Build.scala file.
