Can we add a QC check that filters on entities that are created after a certain date (e.g., October 2, 2023) and requires that they have at least one "example" with IAO:0000112?
I have been asking people to add these periodically, and it's never been a problem, so it would be great to standardize that this is a requirement for all new terms with QC
This relies on the assumption that everyone is editing the ontology from Protege or equivalent editor that automatically adds the date of creation. Using the date, we can soft-enforce new standards that don't require us to retroactively apply them to all existing terms, which would be infeasible.
