Continued from BgeeDB/anatomical-similarity-annotations#18

There is a lot of terminological confusion over the term 'pharynx'. E.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pharynx#Invertebrates

We fudge this with:

  • UBERON:0006562 ! pharynx [only_in_taxon: "Bilateria"]
    • UBERON:0001042 ! chordate pharynx [develops_from: "pharyngeal region of foregut"] [only_in_taxon: "Chordata"]

Consider a better solution

We also did this

not totally clear why we didn't group under pharynx, given this is already a loose terminological grouping
