关于参考文献格式问题

这是refers.bib里面的，参考文献引用是从IEEE上复制来的，编译的时候不显示，

尝试去掉姓和名之间的逗号后，倒是可以显示，但是姓名的所有字母都是大写的

1. 逗号 , 只是区分『姓』与『名』，不影响编译成功与否
2. 『全部大写』是国标的要求，请你自行翻阅 GB/T 7714-2015
