No control is working

I tried click on Select Application button and not able to work with the functionality. Is this the correct code anything is missing?

To work with the select button you need to follow 2 steps

1. Click on select menu
2. Then click on the menu item.

Sorry for the late reply.
It's working fine in windows 7,8
Windows 10 doesn't support.
Needs major change on the application.
