Claude的审核在只发送图片没有文字的情况下会导致发送失败 #146

配置文件：config.json
复现：在claude.ai登录，只发送一个图片，能够正确返回。

在反代的fuclaude上只发送一个图片会报错：

直接在demo.fuclaude上登录然后只发送一个图片，能够正常返回。

因此推断是审核部分在文字为空的情况下导致报错

感谢贡献case ，反代这里还需要再完善，如果影响了可以先关掉自带的反代
