Salam!
when i trying to install this package in step 3 :
php artisan vendor:publish --provider=NextPay\Gateway\GatewayServiceProvider

This output is shown:

Unable to locate publishable resources.
Publishing complete.

I did the previous steps completely.
I cleared any cache.
I installed dumpautoload.

But still i have this issue
