Allow the user to add an exam to his system calendar.

Could be implemented by generating an ICS file:

Wouldn't it be better to be a subscription (webdav?) so the events update automatically?

In theory an iCal subscription would be better, but it would require handling exam data on our server. With the current architecture, exporting single exams as iCal is the best we can do.
