Display order for category groups

It would be very handy to have the ability to control the display order of category groups on a field by field basis.

i.e. I might have two category groups assigned to a channel, one has 100 categories and the other has 5. The category group with 5 categories comes 2nd because it's title places it 2nd alphabetically but I want it to appear first because it's more important.
