[synthesizer] Looping samples/sound fonts #21

We have:

a sample synthesizer (playing different audio samples for different midi pitches)
importer for sound font files (*.sf2)

What is missing:

looping (part of) the sample when holding the note
- so far, samples are only triggered
improved sound font loading
- loading the the file only creates samples. A separate plugin is needed to configure the synthesizer. This should happen automatically
