Support extended control codes

This project is awesome! I have only dreamed of writing my Windows services in Haskell. Now it is tantalizingly close to being realized. If I were to end up using this, however, I would need support for extended (user-define) control codes.

Extended control codes are absent only because I lack a working example to test against. I agree it would be nice to have support for this.

My service uses extended control codes to receive custom messages on install/uninstall. Several services in our application use extended control codes for security reasons, i.e. to prevent the average user from stopping them, but allow authorized programs to do it.
