Today I noticed one of 2LCS's potentials. Lifecycle Services was down, I could not enter environments for any customer. Then I remembered 2LCS, and with it's help I were able to RDP to the desired environments. Success!
I have a suggestion to add a button "Refresh all" in the Parameter form. "Auto-refresh list of instances after switching project" is good, but then you have to remember to enter every environment. I would like to be able to update all at the same time. Is that possible?

In case you are still interested in this (or anyone else): While there is no such "Refresh all" button, you can get the same effect with an (addmittedly hacky) workaround: Run "Export > Export list of instances > All instances > All projects" twice. Afterwards, all the projects in 2LCS should have an up to date list of instances (and you have .csv files with the instances as well 😉).
Why twice you might ask? I don't have a good answer, something weird is going on with how the list of instances gets persisted in the user.config file 🙃
