Summary

Remove expired crash/ANR groups via the cleanup service. Make sure ingestion of older deleted crash/ANR groups works as expected. If an older crash/ANR is ingested and a group is not found, then a new group should be created. Also verify that pagination and filters continue to work as expected on crash/ANR overview and detail pages.
