I think this is an improvement. Seems like a lot of headers though; perhaps Projects and Research can be nested under About?

I just added maintainer access for the web editors gh team so that they can also discuss here. I haven't had success getting Gabrielle or Joana using gh much, but hopefully Cassie will be more up for it. I just emailed her to get her gh username.
