BLE sniffing install issue

Hello,

I am installing the BLE sniffing function on my nRF52840 dongle, and I am following the installation guide.
I came to the "Installing the nRF Sniffer capture tool" step and here I am stuck.
It says that I should install the python dependencies in the "tools/ble_sniffer/extcap/" folder.

The problem I have is that there is no such folder on my machine and also I don't have the requirements.txt file. So I am kind of lost where should I get these from.
