Hey,
I just got all my paths output from V2 and it was very easy to use. Just a request to incorporate the PathtoGFF plugin into V2 usage.

Thanks for the feedback @em255 . There are some differences between v1 and v2 so it isn't a direct port, but we will add this to our list of features to port.
