What actions are required for Google Trust Services?

Hi all, Just wondering how to set API for Google Trust Services in order to generate SSL certificates. As a beginner in this, I am using:
Directory URL(as listed on Public CA): https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory
EAB Key ID & EAB HMAC Key generated via Google Cloud SDK Shell.
This directory is not working for me.
Tested Changing URL to https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory with as mentioned keys. Working and generating SSL by Lets Encrypt.
Wondering how we setup properly? Public CA Tutorial, so complex for me.
