Use ltdconveyor.s3 and ltdconveyor.fastly to manage objects and fastly purges. LTD Conveyor is mostly API compatible (the code was originally in LTD Keeper). LTD Conveyor is also running integration tests on the S3 operations, so we can remove that responsibility from the LTD Keeper tests.
