Struggling with Self Made Board

I have created a board which I have attached the schematic here for. At the moment the only success I seem to have had is in controlling the backlight. Below is the schematic.

I am using Arduino IDE to upload the code I have attempted to cobble together to my custom PCB. The code is below. Would some kind soul have a look at my schematic and how I have updated the code below to see if they spot something? I have used other code to confirm I can PWM the backlight and all is fine there. Just can't get a damn thing to display on it. I believe the display I have is at https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32837085500.html

I have fixed it. It was some labelling issues on my pins. And setting up the rst and cs pins in the code.
