server_utils not being built when included as dependency

When including @looker/embed-sdk as a dependency in our package.json file, the server_utils directory is not being built/included in node_modules/embed_sdk. Therefore we cannot utilize the createSignedUrl function from auth_utils.js from within our software, unless we manually copy auth_utils.js into our repo.
